Another classic Buck knife.
I am considering buying this knife. I have done some research(including watching this video) and I think it is a really nice knife. One question I have is what sort of foods can it cut? My dad usually cuts steak with his knife(similar to the Buck 110) and it cuts through no problem. Thank you

My father’s carry knife starting somewhere in the mid-80’s, and probably for about 20 years. He doesn’t carry it anymore, but I believe he still has it!
I went to the Buck factory a couple of times when I visited Idaho. I took the factory tour and I was surprised at how small the factory is. Paul Bos was there in the factory store and I was able to chat with him for a few minutes. Anyway, I love the 503 and 55.
I’ve had a 503 since the late 1980s. It’s seen a lot of daily use and still does the job.
