I just watched this knife shave a man’s beard with no discomfort after the shave. So I would say, yeah these are good knives.

I’ve had this knife for going on three years, and can certainly vouch for it’s quality. Along with a paring and bread knife, this is the only knife I use, and despite regular use I’ve yet to even have it sharpened! This is the only knife you’ll ever need.
