This is my 4 month review of the Kuma 8in Chef Knife I purchased back in May 2017. I’ve used it pretty much daily and have yet to need to sharpen it at all. I’ve had to use a honing rod occasionally, but this knife has been able to keep the edge and finish with minimal signs of wear and tear.
