I bought the 5.5″ prep for about a month and it is great. I wish I had money to buy more. Better materials/ergonomics and fit and finish than my Miyabi fusion 8″
This does not come in a set? All 3 knives have to be purchased individually?
Great video, just what I was looking for.
If I were to buy a Nakiri knife wouldn’t I want a flat belly? Otherwise I’d pretty much be duplicating my chef knife. Thanks for video.
The clearance of that prep knife sold me on it. I really like that especially with a pinch grip. Got some other pairing knives and utility I’ve not opened yet. Going to return and get that one. Rather have one knife than 3 if I can and that clearance is nice. The tip reminds me of a Santoku tip that I love for scoring and stripping off stuff like fat etc.
Thanks, this was really helpful!
