Richard Cornish says:

love these videos. there’s so many knife reviews on youtube but no one else is doing chef knives. keep em coming!!!

sve4real says:

I have this knife and for the price its ok, not the best I have but for under $100 I don’t think its a bad buy. Out of the box it did well but after a week of work and I used it all day for 7 straight days and it was dulled as crap, and yes I did honed it. But after a quick pass over a stone it was back to a nice edge. Like I said for the price its a good buy.

FoxySpeaking says:

I hope you lose your fingers with such poor knife skills like that

Jayfoxpox says:

How’s the edge holding up since this video and how do you like this knife compared to other vg-10 knives?

Simon Sargent says:

bought mom one for mother’s day, looks like I picked a decent knife!

Dick Groff says:

don’t hold it next to your blackshirt…can’t see it very well.

julian hobrough says:

Question is – will you be able to keep that knife sharp? I could. That cutting board seems a wee bit hostile to razor sharpness. Are you a wanker?

shilohwillcome says:

Obviously it’s going to cut well out of the box. Totally unhelpful.
