This knife isn’t going to break. The handle is made of delrin by dupont kinda like a material that was suppose to replace steel. So yeah I agree it’s the best beater knife I use at work.


These make great beater knives.

OXO spring loaded poultry shears are great for cutting through chicken wing tips and breast ribs. A cleaver is great for splitting the breast bone.
