it pretty much shows the hollow part is useless for keeping food non-sticky when you cut onion. But it’s not just this knife, it happens to all hollow edge knife. I would rather prefer non-hollow style, at least it has more steel, aka stronger body.

Please get a proper cutting board (wooden end grain) for your beautiful knife collection. Cotton and Dust, Boos, and Larch Wood are among the best….but I am sure you can find a cheaper end grain board.

G10 is the handle. What about the blade. (VG10)?. Also is it a single edge at 15% or beveled edge at 21%.?
