what hrc do those have?
I am not sure what “mid 50’s” means, but I do use a steel. If you want to keep your blade straight, you’ve got to have one.
My apologies, I was responding to skillosoph’s question regarding the hrc of that particular blade.
You really have no idea how to chop an onion, huh?
The knife looks amazing though, can’t wait to get it in my hands.
Low to mid 50’s I believe. You’d definitely want a steel handy.
That what I’m talkn bout ….use that knife
Thanks. Though the credit should be given to the knife. It’s super sharp, the weight is balanced, and the blade is rounded making it easy to rock.
