I am not sure what “mid 50’s” means, but I do use a steel. If you want to keep your blade straight, you’ve got to have one.

Low to mid 50’s I believe. You’d definitely want a steel handy.

Thanks. Though the credit should be given to the knife. It’s super sharp, the weight is balanced, and the blade is rounded making it easy to rock.
