Chinese chef knives are known as very versatile and reliable knives. If fact, my favorite chinese cleaver is the Shun Classic DM0712, and I use it for so many different tasks in my kitchen.
It’s the perfect knife for chopping, cutting, slicing and mincing veggies, but it’s also great to cut through meat. Its large blade is very versatile but light at the same time. The handle is comfortably designed and well-balanced. All in all, a knife you must have in your kitchen- I end up using it very often instead of my Santoku or Nakiri.
