This is a medium-large tactical folder with a secondary, curved blade in the pommel. The lack of curve to the handle really does not put the blade forward enough, compared to most karambits. However, I do think the secondary curving blade is useful as a “utility cutting hook,” that could be used for many different non-combat tasks. The hook could also be used for ripping draw cuts in the non-traditional tip-up grip. Overall, I think the design is fairly useful, but that the price should be brought down a bit.

I don’t name the knife, the company does.
Well that knife is just silly looking xD but I must admit, its pretty clever…but all in all, great review (no surprise there :P) lol!
i like this karambit, because it’s very true to a traditional karambit. a karambit was meant to be a small, very small blade. so that attackers couldnt see that you even had a weapon.
It’s a little thin, I don’t think it would break tho.
Thanks Israel for the thorough review. I wanted to ask you about your thoughts on the Quartermaster karambit line.. And which one do you prefer over the other?

This thing is actually very attractive to me in a weird kind of way.
Ehh, this one is a pass for me.
Thank you for showing me that detent.
No spaining is no fun for a karambit in my opinion. Obviously then didn’t really design it carefully to be used as a real karambit, but I really like the idea of combining a “normal” folding knife with a folding karambit. I hope they could fix the design by making the handle more curved and adding a locking safety for spaining games.
Thanks for watching, buddy!
tell them plz dont use that phrase,,,annoyying
Jesus fucking christ you can cut the world in half if you drop that lol
I imagine it would be good for the “hospital” trick. You know, the one where you try to spin it and cut your hand so badly you need to go to the hospital.
JUST SEEMS A LILL GIMMICKY…. BUT DIFFERENT…. THANKS FOR THE VIDS SI!
HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Thanks, buddy! :]
Do you have, or can you do a video explaining the difference between a Super Kerambit Vs. Regular Kerambit, I got a lengthy explanation in Thai, but a little too much foreign Jargon for me.
sorry but that’s not a karambit…good video though.
Very interesting blade, I didn’t know 5.11 made the double blade folder. Thanks
and the end allmost video stoped.
Congrats lol
Cool, glad you like them!
I was also interested in getting this when I saw it in Blade magazine and at Knifeworks but it seemed impractical. I prefer to just have 2 knives on me, a reg blade and a full sized folding karambit.
Yes, I sense a fair and consistent treatment of this and all products to help guide your subscribers. Disappointed it’s not the “Crowd Pleaser” I had hoped for but I’d rather have the truth than buy a fantasy. Thanks again.
Think it’s feasible to use it with both blades deployed in combat?
Probably the Cold Steel Steel Tiger.
Can the fit around your whole index finger?
because it has a ring
It could be done, yes. But it would take a lot of practice to be able to use both blades to their full potential.
I liked this review because it wasn’t just fact-listing. Good video
the ring doesn’t qualify it tobe a karambit, ring or no ring, it must have a claw shaped blade
i got a black ops 3
How can u call this a karambit
I’m sowwy :[ It’s like it’s a Gerber lol.
Btw, would be fun to see your most used edc knifes. I usually carry a Benchmade 707 or a Victorinox solo 🙂
