Schrade SCH911DBS Assisted Opening Folding Knife – Best Assisted Opening Blade First Responders

Fast, One-Button, Spring Assisted Opening, 3.5″ 4034 Stainless Steel, Partially Serrated Drop Point Blade Knife – from:

This is the Schrade SCH911DBS Assisted Opening Knife.

Designed for rapid, one-handed blade deployment, the SCH911DBS has a drop point, partially serrated, 3.5 inch, black coated, 4034 stainless steel blade that can be quickly opened in one of two ways…

Either by using the ambidextrous thumb knob… or by rotating the finger actuator located on the handle spine… making the SCH911DBS the perfect assisted opening knife for police and rescue workers.

The knife is secured in the open position with a reliable liner lock… and for added security when the knife is in the closed position you can engage the safety lock located on the side of the handle.

To close the knife, slide the safety lock on the handle towards the butt end of the knife… and carefully rotate the blade into the handle

The edge and spine of this handsome blade converge to form a sharp and pointy tip designed for piercing, probing and precision cutting… while jimping on the blade spine and handle allow for greater cutting control and leverage.

The SCH911DBS’s fine edged part of the blade is ready for any rescue, tactical or every day carry cutting task. And the partially serrated edge increases cutting power, when you need it most

An oxygen tank wrench, built into the handle, is vital for EMS, fire department or home oxygen emergencies… and the strap cutter is perfect for slicing through seat belts after an accident.

A hardened, glass-breaking tip on the handle butt adds to the versatility of this professional grade, 1st responder knife.

The rugged, contoured nylon fiber handle of the SCH911DBS provides the steady grip especially needed during emergency rescue… as well as survival challenges.

Hold and comfort are further enhanced with index finger cutouts… and the sturdy pocket clip positions the knife for immediate use.

Designed for professional rescue, survival applications AND every-day carry… crafted from premium materials… and built for a lifetime…

This is the Schrade SCH911DBS assisted opening knife.

Available SCH911 models are the SCH911 with a matte finished scallop serrated blade and blunt tip; and the SCH911DBS with black drop point partially serrated blade. Find them online or at your favorite local retailer…

Jay Gladieux says:

nice knife except the one I received in from Amazon had a defect to the safety, then the replacement came in with a problem to the safety and a flaw/defect to the finish on the tip of the knife, returning both back to Amazon and their sending me my 3rd replacement, I’m hoping 3 times is a charm, if not I’m moving on to something else….I would expect flaws like this on M Tech not Schrade but to be honest the last 3 M Tech knives I bought didn’t have any flaws or defect and cost 30 dollars less then this that being said, it’s pretty sad…
