I just used two outdoor edge knives skinning and quartering a cow elk. I bought them the day before at sportsmans on sale for $20. Honestly felt they wouldn’t perform. However, they performed beyond expectations. Very great knives for the poor man.
How about cleaning care? How hard is it to get the blood and fat from inside the handle? Does the fat and blood affect the locking mechanism?
