David McMyne says:

Haha every time i watch you chop it always throws me off to see you using your left hand. And being a right handed person i am always like “why is he using his left hand?” Haha thanks for the video i own one of these and i use it daily for outdoor work.

Radu D says:

I have this, I never used it, but I keep it for my heart. It’s a piece of art.

melayu radikal says:

its malay word golok.. “go lock” if we pronounce it in english.malaysian use it to cut coconut everyday..but criminal use it to rob other people

WeAllJuggleKnives says:

glad you like it!

SuperGvarr says:

nice video, i have been using mine exstensively for about 2 years now. and i have notised a few flaws in the handle design, the handel is allmost completely round wich can make the knife turn in your hand when under heavy chopping. the handel allso widensout toards the “ball” on the end of the handel, this forses you to grip it higher up on the handel wich is a bad thing because originaly a handel design like this is made for you to grip it around the “ball” on the end.

jmce3 says:

I picked up two for my brothers in NYC. To be honest it is a looker up close. I was shocked at how good it looked for the price.

BG says:

Would you recommend the Condor Golok or one of the other Condor options for mountain atmospheres our here in Utah? I plan to backpack and camp. A good machete would be useful.

ThrashMetal says:

Im looking for an off grid machete as part of my pack so i’ll be carrying it for a long period of time. I know there’s no such thing as a jack of all trades but i want something that can do most tasks without damaging the tool and one i can relatively easily carry around. Im down to either a Windlass Regimental Kukri or this Golok. I don’t give a fuck about price, when you put tools in your hands that could be worth your life price shouldn’t mean a thing. Do you recommend this machete as a good all rounder?

FastActionBlades says:

Very nice piece.  I don’t have any wood handled machetes.  Does it feel like it may break??

Paul'ie 4X says:

You pronounce it Go-Lak Hmmmmmm

Carthago Delenda Est says:

Handle looks like an arm off my Grandmas chair!! LOL

Jörgen Eriksson says:

WeAllJuggleKnives says:

Thank you

Paul'ie 4X says:

Say Heah, I think the handle is too round, It looks good, but buyer beware. Even though the 1075 is considered a high carbon, But it can roll especially in cold weather when the wood is harder. To be honest, I really like the Ka-Bar Johnson Adventure Parangatang, What say you. .. Oh, Becker came out with a Beautiful. The BK-20, Check it out, I think you Like, Maybe ?

JW's BulletsNBlades says:

golok it

cabby26 says:

Just bought one, beautiful machete.

steve smith says:

have you tried doing cut tests cutting through 2liter bottles instead of the small water bottles?? i’d love to see more bottle cutting. I just saw cutlerylover cut some bottles. don’t tell anyone, but I think you’re way better than him!! lol

Dong Shlong says:

This is probably the best machete
Worth 100 dollars

Yifu Yang says:

I just wanna know if it is legal to keep machete in household. I’m in state Washington now and living in an apartment….

Paul'ie 4X says:

Say Heah, Do you do face-off’s, I got one fir ya, The Parangatang vs. The Go-Lak heh heh heh cute, .. ,

James Hart says:

Okay, the hole in the handle is for a Lanyard. The blade is 1/4 inch thick. Mine came with a sheath and I had the edge reground to a 24 degree flat grind and it is a beast on trees nd brush. Its a good blade.

Paul Case says:

It looks comfortable to hand.
