Machete Knife Loadout & Review

Best machetes ever loadout and review. Most of the big knives seen here are also featured in our blacksmith videos. Knife related topics covered include, grind shape, weight of the blade, handle types and steel hardness. We have seen thousands of different hand forged parangs and bolos in our travels, if we find a machete that’s exceptionally made, we often try to track down the blacksmiths themselves. If you’ve seen our blacksmith videos you’ll recognise these machetes, because you’ve also watched them being forged!

Nice collection and demo. BTW how do you clean them? The high carbon steel can often rust so I give my blades a wipe down with mineral oil.

Very nice collection Grayson. The 880g one reminds me of the ones that the meat vendors use in the open markets in the Philippines. Thank you as always for sharing your equipment and knowledge with us. God bless and stay safe.
