Big Bozz says:

Looks like the ka-bar bk2 took a dump

Crunchy Crails says:

Why wouldn’t you get the Benchmade Rant drop-point?
It’s a Mel Pardue design and cheaper.
-Still a great knife and video.
Would like to see more Randall mades and microtech OTFs -I liked the ADO one too

hey o! first!

Paul'ie 4X says:

WoW C’mon Benchmade, I have the D-2 C SK 156, it stands apart from the Cold Steel S.R.K. The handle on mine has solid and a rubber made handle a noticeable difference for the better over the plain S.R.K. Kraton handle now tge only difference is tge serration, hmmmm mmmm mmmm ?

church132 says:

how does this stack up to the SRK?

Ethan Hardy says:

Great vid! I dont understand why they would give it a leather sheath. Kydex outperforms in both the combat and survival roles. Dont even get me started on serrations!!!!

Kevin O'Donnell says:

kraton, i think is what you were thinking of in the handle

raserei777 says:

Pretty good knife, I believe nutnfancy posted a video of him using it for survival task and the blade chipped out real bad.

ConditionRedDawn says:

1095, why so expensive? I know it’s Benchmade, but come on. I love my Ka Bar BK2 at $60.
Nice Review.

big milk says:

is it full tang?

Mediterranean survival - Valley & Mountain says:

That’s a knife I would carry… Just get me a flat blade

Amarksyhk says:

My opinion, thicker blade and a plastic-type sheath, the plain edge version would be a good knife for the woods

Jordan says:

I think this knife is too thin for any heavy use, but its thinness is a plus for a fighting knife. A bit small though, maybe good for a backup knife?

mafia jimmy says:

@knivesngear1 It’s Santoprene

mrborrowedtime says:

I’ve owned one for years and speak from experience.  This knife is NOT vertical carry safe!!  The steel is good, easy to sharpen and will hold an edge. I am an Esee fan, but this knife has earned my respect.

TheTabellarius says:

Good design I’d buy one unfortunately wet leather sheath + high carbon blade = instant rust. Synthetic sheath would be better.

Lev Akilov says:

nice knife, A little too small or survival though. I like my ka-bar fighting utility… great knife for $40.

sirhorsechoker says:

I think the handle is called kraton or something. That’s the same handle as my bm rant. Its the best handle I’ve ever held.

leighroy grubb says:

awesome

istephan007 says:

love that knife! would love to see a better sheath and plain edge too but still love that blade shape and steel!
