Dual-action OTFs do NOT have one spring to deploy and another to retract. They have one spring (or two working in unison) which deploys AND retracts.

Here in the state of Virginia, all knives are legal to own, there are only certain types that you can’t conceal when you carry.

I Virginia, It is illegal to conceal carry a dirk, bowie knife, switchblade knife, machete, ballistic knife, throwing stars or oriental darts, any knife of a like kind to one of the above listed knives. However, it is legal to openly carry the above listed knives.
