Hey Tom, do you have any recipes for a London broil. Bought one on the cheap and have been asking around and doing some research but haven’t really come up with anything really exciting, so now I’m coming to to the Superman of all things smokable. Would you maybe have any good ideas what to do with a London Broil? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use this sharpener as well. something to note: they do not recommend it for commercial use. I sharpened all my knives with it which some are not wusthof and some have serrated blades and they come out extremely sharp.

chef does this sharper go the full length of the blade or will you have a small amount at the base of the knife that wont get touched by the grinding wheels

hey Tom, would you suggest using this with Shun Classic knives? it’s a pain to have to use a stone when we need to sharpen them.
